Meet Coach Joel

Hello, my name is Joel Wenzel. My passion for fitness began when I was just 13 years old and has grown into a lifelong commitment to health, strength, and personal development. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, a background in clinical rehabilitation working alongside licensed physical therapists, and over a decade of professional work in fitness and weightlifting. I’m deeply passionate about helping others change their lives through movement, strength training, nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle habits. 

 

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including everyday individuals, military veterans, children, and physical therapy patients. I’ve helped people move better, lose weight, build strength, recover from injuries and improve their overall well-being. Now i'm here to help you reach your goals!


My background spans fitness coaching, clinical rehabilitation, and nutritional guidance. I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with licensed physical therapists, giving me a solid foundation in injury prevention, mobility, flexibility, and rehab-based training. I’ve coached both in-person and remotely, offering support and accountability to clients wherever they are.


Whether your goal is to get stronger, recover from an injury, or simply move and feel better, I’m here to help you do it in a sustainable and manageable way. I’m committed to making fitness approachable, effective, and tailored to your lifestyle.

Included but also available for separate purchase from our 4, 12, and 24 week coaching programs, our Nutrition Blueprints provide you with a personalized diet plan to help you reach your goals. Each blueprint includes tailored calorie and macronutrient targets, simple and enjoyable recipes, and a grocery list designed to match your lifestyle, preferences, and dietary needs. This is a convenient way to stay structured, confident, and on track whether your focus is fat loss, building muscle, or improving overall health. 

4, 12, and 24 Week Remote Plans

Our 1-on-1 remote coaching programs are designed to support any training style and experience level, whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time or training for a triathlon. This isn’t a generic PDF workout that leaves you on your own. It’s a fully guided 4 to 24-week fitness program, customized to your goals and lifestyle. Each program includes personalized workouts with instructional videos, educational lessons, progress tracking for body and nutrition metrics, as well as supportive meal planning to keep you moving forward.


If your goals evolve, so does your plan. Whether you’re shifting from powerlifting to bodybuilding or moving from weight loss to building muscle, we adjust accordingly. We keep you accountable through daily communication check-ins and ongoing support. You’ll have full access to your coach via text, email, and scheduled phone or video calls throughout the day!


During the program, you’ll build lasting habits in nutrition, exercise, stress management, and more. This program is designed to give you the tools and confidence to take control of your health, and with continued effort you will stay on a positive trajectory long after your coaching ends.


How it works:

To begin, choose your plan duration below. You will then be redirected to a signable coaching agreement, followed by secure payment through Stripe. After payment you will you will be redirected to your onboarding form. Within 24 hours of completing the form, or on the next business day, you will receive an introductory text message from Coach Joel to set up your onboarding call.

4- to 24-week 1-on-1 coaching contracts. Each option includes an adaptable workout program, daily check-ins, unlimited consultations, weekly video evaluations with updated calorie and macro goals, nutrition and habit guidance, unlimited video form checks, a meal plan framework, and an end-of-program strategy.
