Our 1-on-1 remote coaching programs are designed to support any training style and experience level, whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time or training for a triathlon. This isn’t a generic PDF workout that leaves you on your own. It’s a fully guided 12 to 24-week fitness program, customized to your goals and lifestyle. Each program includes personalized workouts with instructional videos, educational lessons, progress tracking for body and nutrition metrics, as well as supportive meal planning to keep you moving forward.
If your goals evolve, so does your plan. Whether you’re shifting from powerlifting to bodybuilding or moving from weight loss to building muscle, we adjust accordingly. We keep you accountable through daily communication check-ins and ongoing support. You’ll have full access to your coach via text, email, and scheduled phone or video calls throughout the day!

Hello, my name is Joel Wenzel! I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and over 16 years of experience in fitness and weightlifting. I have a deep passion for helping others change their lives through movement, strength training, nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle habits.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including everyday individuals, military veterans, and physical therapy patients. I’ve helped people move better, lose weight, build strength, and improve their overall well-being.
My background spans fitness coaching, clinical rehabilitation, and nutritional guidance. I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with licensed physical therapists, giving me a solid foundation in injury prevention, mobility, flexibility, and rehab-based training. I’ve coached both in-person and remotely, offering support and accountability to clients wherever they are.
