Your Fitness Guide

Joel Wenzel

Joel Wenzel is a passionate personal Trainer who is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Joel received his B.S. in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland, NY.  He has over 16 years of experience and understanding of exercise science and kinesiology. Using remote coaching sessions, Joel helps clients of all ages and walks of life around the world. 

 Joel has also studied under various physical therapists in a clinical setting. For nearly half a decade, he worked as a Physical therapy clinic aide. He has helped rehabilitate patients from around the world using his knowledge of flexibility, mobility, and general rehabilitation.
